LBS was what would be the equivalent to a High school – here i learned the basics of 3D modelling and art for games as well as some game design and sound design.

Learned the basics of coffee making as well as general café work – such as prepping, cleaning, handling of the cash register and keeping customers happy.

As my interest in coffee grew i wanted to take it to the next level, i did so with this one day Barista course in gothenburg.

As runner at a bar i learned how to serve food and beverages, handling of dishes as well as drunk customers

This was my first job which i did full time. As it was at an airport i learned how to handle stress as customers often where stressed and had a plane to catch.

I furthered my skill with coffee and even got some responsibility of the espresso machine while the manager where not present.

I learned how to make juices and sandwiches and most importantly how to be time effective without losing quality both in product and in service.

The next step in my journey was a month in Paris. I decided to take a Bartender course as i had for a long time wanted to learn how to mix drinks and cocktails as it is an interest of mine.

Here i learned how to properly serve and mix 100 cocktails and how to do so while being time efficient – how to mix more than one cocktail at the same time.

I worked extra as Spa host where my main assignment was to keep everything clean and cozy as well as keeping the customers happy.

I also got to man the bar in the relax area as well as helping out in the reception

I worked extra at a café in Gothenburg over christmas and abit into the new year.

I got to further my skills with espresso as well as learn how to brew coffee with V60
